On my 2015 Silverado the brake pedal effort significantly increased. Upon hearing the problem, the service writer recalled that there had been a program/recall on this problem a few years earlier. Upon service shop diagnosis, a failed vacuumed pump was replaced under the older program at no cost to me, which fixed the brake pedal effort problem. Plus, my truck had received a very thorough vehicle wash and detail. The visit greatly exceeded my expectations.

I was greeted as I stepped out of my car and was immediately speaking with a service rep. His name was Ben and I told him the problem I was having. He was excellent in explaining my options and immediately scheduled my service repair. Most of all, it was a pleasant and friendly experience with each person with whom I had contact. Also, the work was completed as expected.

Overall the Services was great, however the issue I brought my vehicle in for was for the LoJack device not working. LoJack stated that I needed the Dealership to fix this, which I brought my car over and the device was found faulty and replaced. All that was great, however I still cannot see my vehicle and after an hour on the phone with LoJack, they stated that the Dealership did not set up the new device for me so I cannot access or see my vehicle still. Been nearly 1 week and still not resolved and I have not heard back from Dealership since Friday, February 23rd as to what steps are next?
