Gloria could have better customer service. She kept repeating herself as if we were slow to understand. And then contradict her statements. If you told me, repeatedly, that service would be 1 hour and then tell me that job would have to finish the next day because you all close at 7 p.m. but yet it is only 3:50 pm.....That was very confusing to me. Also no sympathy towards my issue. We only have one car and needed a key replacement asap due to being stolen which I had to wait till my mom was able to bring me to dealer. She also needs to be familiar with car sales/car title forms and read thoroughly.
