Keisha customer service was great I have never gone to a dealer ship and didn't get updates Keisha kept us updated on our vehicle and we appreciate her doing that they need a person like her at all dealership I'm not saying her coworker customer service is not good. I've only had the experience with Keisha. She gets an A+ from us
