My original experience with Gloria, Service Advisor was awful but when her Supervisor, Jamie Clark stepped in and fixed her mess, it was awesome. She overcharged me and your mechanic did not put the water hose back in it's bracket (the reason for the leak to begin with was that for some reason the hose came out of it's bracket and rubbed a leak in the water hose).
