It was a great buying experience from sales to finance. My husband and I never felt pressured. Every question we had was answered. Everyone we met with was trustworthy and approachable. Lamin Njie was very friendly, helpful knowledgeable, and extremely patient. My husband told him he was a good man! We will highly recommend Finnegan.

I know we bought our car on NYE & everyone was in a hurry to leave that evening, as were we from driving up there two days in a row to find something that would work for us. We ended up being the last customers that evening to leave. Not impressed with our sales man, Jesse, reaching in last minute & clicking on the OnStar button & activating it while he stands back & waves all while the lady is asking us all sorts of questions we weren’t prepared to answer as in needing a CC on file for services that we must now turn off if we don’t want to be charged for them. We had to figure out how to leave the lot as well since it was all locked down. It was too much with us trying to leave, one of us getting a CC & then listen to all that was being said to us. We should have been given the time to take care of that on the lot OR let us activate it on our own time. We aren’t elderly by any means but just be mindful of the older folk being in this same situation they may not be up to date on services like this if they need to activate OnStar so they can understand what’s going on & being said to them. This was our very first new car so it was a lot to take on with services like that. We’re hoping this gets told to all the salespersons, new & veterans, to help someone not feel overwhelmed buy purchases they’re getting into. My parents would benefit from this so it’s important to me that 70+ people understand what’s going on. Thanks for letting us share our feedback. Please use it for educational purposes.
