I was quoted over the phone a price that was less than what I was charged once I arrived at the dealership. Also the service advisor could not explain why I needed 2 new tires even though my truck only has 30k miles on it. And after arriving to the dealership and dealing with poor customer service and paying more than I had originally thought I was going to pay, I get in my truck to find that all 4 of my tires are low on air. Terrible experience and I will not be back for service or our next GM purchase.
You tried to fix my car after rodents chewed through the radiator reservoir and hoses causing the car to overheat and eventually blowing the head gasket. The insurance company wrote it off as a total loss the repair were more than the car was worth.
