Brought chevy in with fuel mileage drop of 3 miles to the gallon. Mechanic tested to find there was nothing wrong with the truck and engine was performing as is should. No charge. Grateful for that. As it turned out I self evaluated my driving habits and the truck was not the problem. Driver habits was the problem. With a gentler driving technique, the mileage returned to the usual 20-21 miles to the gallon on the highway. Thank you Finnegan Chevrolet for patience with me and not charging me for your efforts. Terry, Candy, and Sylvia are the best!! They made sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly and got me back on the road ASAP. I am serving on active duty in the US Army and had to be in AZ that weekend. They ensured my vehicle got into service and was fixed faster than I thought they would. The two salesmen that helped me, Ali and Robert were great. They answered all my questions, they were both very personable and understanding of my needs in a new vehicle. The finance guy, Rob Anderson was unprofessional and angry when I advised I wanted to look at another option of financing the vehicle I chose. He wasn���t happy I had help on the phone advising me of other options on how to finance with a better APR. And kept pushing a service package I felt I didn���t need and was persistent in trying to raise my APR because I chose to not have that added service package. My overall experience with both salesmen was great and I���d recommend them both to friends and family. However, the finance man was very off putting to my experience.
Low pressure Light came on for left passenger tire so I called to set up an oil change and get them to check out the tires. When they finished Keith told me everything was done and ok. Well about 2 days later the light came back on my husband took it to place check put the tire it had a NAIL so why didn't the guys at the dealership catch that my husband said the guy charged him 15.00 to fix it!! I am not happy at all!!
My salesman, Cedric, worked with me quite a while on text and phone messages concerning the specs on the vehicle. He never bothered me about a purchase, but was always there to answer questions I had. All of the employees were very cordial in our dealings to finalize the sale. I appreciate how I was dealt with throughout the entire process.
