Confirmed Service Customer
I went to this dealership to the service department for an oil change, tire rotation, battery check and they offered a free car wash. I did not receive any of the services. I’m not sure if they changed the oil.The other services I definitely did not receive. I was also charged for the services. I made a complaint and they refunded my money. The customer service in this department is terrible.

My interaction with Amed was good. He was courteous and explained things well. My problem is that I picked up my truck Friday, 6/17/2022, and on Sunday, 6/19/2022, I received the same emissions diagnostic message that I had when I took my truck in to be serviced. If your techs ran a complete diagnostics when they had my truck, and they correctly diagnosed my issue(s), why would I receive the same issue message within two days of me picking up my truck. In addition, I paid out of pocket approx $472 (in addition to what the extended warranty paid) because the tech said it would help prevent future issues with my emissions.

I took my truck for its 1st oil change and tire rotation and mentioned the passenger back tire had slow leak. After about 1 1/5 hours my truck was parked next to the Service Department, I could see it from the customer service window. After 35 minutes I stepped across to customer service and asked if my truck was ready and Michael (Service guy) said yes but that he was waiting on the paperwork. I continued to wait and another service guy printed out my paperwork and ask for me to step outside to the truck with him. I asked what they found on the tire leak and he said there was no mention of a tire issue on the paperwork. He took the truck back to tire service and since I could see the truck, I saw the mechanic check the pressures only. I told the service guy that I would know if they didn't rotate or do anything to the tire as soon as some air leaked and I said I wasn't impressed with the dealership service. I also asked if I could take my truck to a different dealership due to the service experience I had and he said yes. The next day at home, I saw a footprint on the driver seat so someone step on it probably while washing the truck; not cool, the truck is new. I was very disappointed.

Well I made a appointment at 10am and got the at 9:30am. Didn’t leave until 12:30pm. Left all the covers in my truck. Lucky I looked at my oil change gage and I reset it myself.

The simple oil change took twice as long as projected. Understandable that you are short staffed but that twice as long is unacceptable. Department seemed out of wack, unorganized.
