I am immune compromised and was very concerned that the majority of your employees were not wearing masks. Some had on gloves but what's the use in wearing gloves if you're not wearing a mask. Even if you do not agree with wearing masks, make your customers feel comfortable by wearing one. You do not know the health risks of those patronizing your business.
I went in to have my car inspected, I got there at 10:15 for a 10:30 appt. I told the service rep I needed to leave by 12 noon at the latest. He said ok. I went to the waiting room to wait. I started to get worried by 11:40 that I might not get my car. At 11:50 I went to the service dept and happened to see my car sitting at the head of a line of at least 6 cars. I asked for my rep and they said he had a family emergency and had to leave. I understand this happens and do not blame the rep. Who I do blame is the other reps who knew he was gone and did not check on his customers for him. I don't know how long my car sat there while I sat in the waiting room but I am assuming it was there for a while to have so many cars parked behind it. There is no reason to have to wait for an hour and 45 minutes for an inspection and a car wash after having an appointment. I ended up leaving a few minutes after noon.

Had to wait 7 months for a recall to be fixed. Got a loaner car and was given the wrong key fob for it. Car was already started for me to leave and made it all the way home and tried to turn ff car and it told me there was not a key.
