Made an appointment for 11am. Arrived at dealership at 10:45am. Didn't leave until 1:15 for an oil change. Will not come back unless warranty work is needed.

Well I had appointment at 10am, I arrived at 9:50am. Did all the paperwork for the oil change finished around 10:05am. My truck was taken to the back around 10:20. I was told about an hour to hour and half but I left dealership until a little after 1

I've been waiting now almost 5 weeks for a leaking radiator, not happy and will NOT purchase my next vehicle from Finnegan with this terrible service. I have to fill my coolant tank up daily now, which I am sure is not good for my overall truck performance
