You folks fixed my air conditioner- then offered to do some routine maintenance- oil change and point transmission flush - my wife picks up the car - runs ok - 2 days later I am driving my car to south padre island - right before we get on the causeway in port Isabel - the car start bucking, doesn’t seem like it will go into gear and gauges rev up high - rpm oil - I put it in low and able to cross the causeway - the next day I drive in low to a local place here where they run a diagnostic on it - it pops up with something to do with the transmission - I am told that the transmission is shot - I remember my old Tahoes transmission breaking - and it drove much the same way - so I called your service dept I tried to reach my contact Clayton - I spoke to some moron manager - telling me to tow it up there so you guys could have a look at it - one I’m not towing 5hrs and two I’m not going to have you touch my car again - this is the second time you guys have messed up my car - your collision center is even worse than your service dept - I will be getting my invoice and you guys can pay for my repairs - there is no way that is a coincidence - where you guys screw around with my transmission fluid and 2d laters my car is bucking all over the place - the guy down asked me what you all did I should him what you call and and how much you charged - he mentioned something about you guys probs my just dropped the pan and changed fluids out of the main part of the system - but the other more remote areas of the trans system probably still had older fluid in it - when old and new fluid meet - he said that’s when problems may occur - again I will be sending this letter to the owners and an invoice - whatever certification you have it should be taken away
