Very friendly and accommodating. I had a few questions about the new car we purchased in Decembe,r and the attendant took care of the concern right away. Not only did they change the oil, but they also rotated the tires and washed the car.

Mi espero esos con el servicio es muy buena pero los resultados del trabajo son inaceptables fue más de una 2 semanas en espera y no quedo resuelto el problema dela mecánica y otros detalles que dejaron flojos dela puerta dela caja y se quedó 1 semana más después de eso arreglaron solo una cosa pero me arruinaron el suelo dela troca lo rompieron y solo saben desir nose y así se queda uno con la fustrasion y lo dela puerta dela cajuela no se Areglo se pagó más de $10,000 en el Body Shop $700 en cambio de aceite detransmisión 200 y algo de un cambio de banda y hoy quien me va a arreglar el techo de mi troca que está arruinado y nadie quiere hacerse cargo, se supone que tienen que tener fotos de antes, y después cuando entregan uno un carro y las toman, aunque digan que no, yo he visto que toman video antes de tomar un carro pero siempre es para el beneficio de ustedes, no del cliente y uno se queda siempre con las manos vacías y con las cosas sin resolver, ya me hicieron lo mismo con una troca anteriormente, no la pudieron componer y lo único que hicieron fue no cobrarme el trabajo de mano de obra, sólo pagué la pieza y mi carro sigue Descompuesto ahora me pasa lo mismo con este carro tienen que poner más atención en sus trabajadores, ya que dejan mucho que decir de su trabajo, sobre todo el trato que le dan a los carros cuando se dejan en manos de ustedes y deberían de dar una encuesta solamente para los trabajadores y otra para los resultados de los mecánicos o de Body Shop, o de cualquier otra cosa que se arregle del carro porque son dos cosas muy diferentes, ando de vacaciones, tuve que salir de emergencia, espero que cuando regrese a Houston me puedan solucionar algo sobre mi carro porque no se puede quedar el Ceiling de esa manera. My truck broke down. OnStar towed it to the dealership. So, I created a ticket in service. Since it was related to not starting, put down to check the fuel filter message. But it did not have a message about the fuel filter. It just would not start. So, they fixed the recall and replaced the fuel filter.
