My biggest complaint is the wait time. I dropped my vehicle off around noon on Monday, 5/15/2023 and did not get it back until late in the evening on Friday, 5/19/2023. From what I understand, my vehicle sat on the dealership idle for over a day before anyone even looked at it. During the week that my car was in the dealership’s possession, I had no method of transportation. In my opinion, if you have an appointment for service- which I did- your car should at least be diagnosed and the problem investigated at the time you arrive. Should the problem be severe enough to warrant leaving the vehicle, that is understandable- but I do not think it is acceptable to hold a vehicle for an indefinite amount of time without even looking at it. I would recommend that this process be revised. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.
