Car maintenance took around 20 minutes more than what I was promised. I needed to leave before 12 that day; car got ready at 12:30

We received great service with everyone involved especially the financial services which quickly got the paperwork completed.

We came to the dealership strictly to look. We were in no hurry and had multiple offers at other GMC dealerships in Houston. Our salesman, Karim, was a major factor in us purchasing our vehicle from Finnegan. He was kind and welcoming. He was informative and we never felt like he was pushing us. This is why we started thinking, we could buy a vehicle from him. We could tell he had our interests in mind. Landon was very helpful as well with the app and explaining all the features. Manny was great to work with in financing. We compared Finnegan to other dealerships in Katy and Houston and realized there was a huge contrast. We were won over by the customer service and not feeling like we were being attacked to buy like we feel at other dealerships.

I located a truck on line. I worked a deal to trade my current car in. Went to pick up the new truck thinking or expecting some problem. Never happened everything perfect!

Brandon was excellent at assisting my parents and I in finding the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. He helped us pick out a Chevy Colorado and got us a great deal on it. Throughout the entire experience, he had absolute patience with us and ensured a smooth, phenomenal experience.

Had two terrible experiences at other GM dealerships before talking to Eddie. From the first conversation over text Eddie was 110% more engaged in honest answers and information on making a good deal. Everyone from the salesman, sales manager and finance were very respectful and not making me feel ignorant and made negotiations pleasant. Finnegan has a repeat customer when I decide to buy again.

Very happy with this dealership. No high pressure tactics or salesman BS. While there were some mostly worthless profit add-ons, they removed them when I expressed disinterest. The general sales manager was very professional and did not apply any pressure. Just wanted to introduce himself and asked if there was anything else he could do. I left without any of the bad feelings you typically get when leaving a dealership. Came back two days later and bought the truck and was very happy with the process.
