Overall the Services was great, however the issue I brought my vehicle in for was for the LoJack device not working. LoJack stated that I needed the Dealership to fix this, which I brought my car over and the device was found faulty and replaced. All that was great, however I still cannot see my vehicle and after an hour on the phone with LoJack, they stated that the Dealership did not set up the new device for me so I cannot access or see my vehicle still. Been nearly 1 week and still not resolved and I have not heard back from Dealership since Friday, February 23rd as to what steps are next?
