We knew the vehicle and features we wanted in a new purchase, shopped around central Texas, and had been working with a dealership in Killeen. However, they had been misleading in that the vehicle originally showed 9 miles on it, and then that Sunday before we went to drive there, it updated to having over 3,000 miles. So, we shopped again on Monday, and reached out via phone to talk to Lamin. He was clear and concise in his communication, and was straightforward both in the package pricing as well as offering a 50% discount once we explained that the package was not something we found compelling. We were able to clear everything up within a couple of hours, drove the 3 hours from Austin area, and able to purchase the vehicle on the same day. He did an exemplary job in making the purchase easy and efficient.
