Robert McKnight is a great salesperson and always comes through to assist me with my purchases. He is informative and knowledgeable on the vehicles and it shows through his guidance throughout the process. I bought a 2017 GMC Yukon, no warranty.. February 14,2023. Less than 30 days/500 miles later the engine starts missing, running rough. I called and they agreed to look at it I was told I needed a new engine! SO DISSAPOINTED!! But, GM and the dealership came through. They replaced the engine for only a $500 cost to me. Just got it back on May 16,2023 and so far it is running ok we will see.

Lamin Njie was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable about not only the car-buying process but also the Traverse we purchased. When I first came in, I was told that there was a lot of cars scheduled, and since I needed a loaner, they would schedule me when they have a loaner available and when their mechanic had time which was about 2 week from my initial visit. When I showed up to my scheduled appointment, I was told that they did not have a loaner and "they had never promised", and the best they could do is to schedule a ride. I get that it is a cost to have a loaner program but that's why we pay $170 per hour for service plus "service parts". It is not like we have extra cars, or no work. Besides, communication is key. If they called me and confirmed that they did not have a loaner, I would have never taken time off work and drove 45 mins to drop of my car. I took my car and left. 45 minutes later, I got a text saying they had a loaner now if I wanted to come. I drove back again and dropped of my car, got the loaner. I got a text back the next day saying the mechanic will look at my car on Monday. I wondered why I had to drop off my car if the mechanic was not available until Monday. I also don't know why I was scheduled for Thursday if the mechanic was not available. They identified the issue pretty quickly and told me the fix and the cost, which was great. They told me they washed and detailed my car, which I believe was not the case. My car was not washed but I was happy to be out of there. I was not impressed by this location's service.
